To get started, you'll need the following things:

Completed Registration Form (available at practice)

Two Checks:

Check #1:

Annual Registration Fee ($150 first child, $5 discount for each additional child)

+ $7 per child (annual insurance payment if not yet paid in 2011)

Check #2:

$150 family points deposit check (will be returned at the end of the season as long as your family earns 12 volunteer points)
